  1. General Training Disclaimer All training provided by Browtique is for educational purposes only. Completion of any training course does not guarantee employment, income, client results, or business success. Students are responsible for applying the techniques and knowledge taught in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.
  2. Application & Acceptance Policy
    • Submission of a training enquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance.
    • All training applications are reviewed individually.
    • Browtique reserves the right to accept or decline any application if the training is deemed unsuitable for the applicant.
    • Training spaces are limited to maintain quality education and personalised support.
  3. Booking & Payment Policy
    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any training booking.
    • Training dates are confirmed only once payment has been received.
    • Full payment must be completed before the commencement of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of training without refund.
  4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Due to the personalised nature of Browtique training:
    • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Rescheduling may be permitted with adequate notice and is subject to availability.
    • Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
    • Browtique reserves the right to reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances.
    In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
  5. Training Structure Policy (Online & In-Person)
    • Online training modules must be completed fully before attending any in-person practical training.
    • An online theory exam may be required prior to in-person training.
    • Students who do not complete required online components may have their in-person training postponed.
    • In-person training is conducted either one-on-one or in small controlled settings, depending on the course.
  6. Competency-Based Certification Policy
    • All Browtique certificates are competency-based, not attendance-based.
    • Certificates are issued only once the required level of understanding and competence has been demonstrated.
    • Completion of training days alone does not guarantee certification.
    • Additional practice, case studies, or reassessment may be required before certification is issued.
  7. Case Study Requirements
    • Certain courses require the completion of case studies after training.
    • Case studies must demonstrate safe, consistent, and professional practice.
    • Feedback may be provided where necessary.
    • Certification is issued only once all required case studies are reviewed and approved.
  8. Health, Safety & Client Responsibility Disclaimer
    • Beauty and PMU treatments involve risks if performed incorrectly.
    • Browtique is not responsible for adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes resulting from treatments performed by students after training.
    • Students must conduct proper consultations, patch tests, and contraindication checks before treating clients.
    • Students must practise strictly within their level of competence.
  9. Online Training Disclaimer
    • Online course access is granted to the registered student only.
    • Course content may not be shared, copied, distributed, recorded, or resold.
    • Due to the digital nature of online training, no refunds are offered once access has been granted.
  10. In-Person Training & Models Disclaimer
    • Where live models are used, students must follow all hygiene, safety, and consent protocols.
    • Results on models may vary due to skin type, hair type, healing response, and aftercare compliance.
    • Browtique is not responsible for long-term outcomes of student work.
  11. Professional Conduct Policy
    • Students are expected to behave professionally at all times.
    • Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from training without refund.
    • Browtique reserves the right to stop training if professional standards are not upheld.
  12. Intellectual Property Policy
    • All training materials, manuals, videos, images, diagrams, and content are the intellectual property of Browtique.
    • Materials may not be copied, shared, taught, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
    • Breach of this policy may result in legal action.
  13. Limitation of Liability Browtique, the trainer, and associated parties are not liable for:
    • Loss of income or business opportunities
    • Client dissatisfaction or complaints
    • Injuries, damages, or claims arising from student-performed treatments
    • Misuse or misapplication of techniques taught during training
  14. Insurance & Legal Responsibility Disclaimer
    • Browtique training does not replace insurance, licensing, or local authority requirements.
    • Students are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted and insured to practise in their region.
    • Certification confirms training completion and competence only.
  15. Policy Acceptance By enrolling in any Browtique training course, students confirm that they have:

    • Agreed to comply with all academy requirements
